Mike and Karen Isaacs
Mike and Karen have four children – Jacob, Garrett, Hunter, and Nicole. They met in January 1998 at a minister’s retreat in Colorado and were married in July 1999. Mike grew up in Turpin, Oklahoma and the Isaacs kids are 5th generation on the land. Karen grew up in Northern Virginia. Mike has a Masters in Mission and Karen has a bachelor’s in Christian Ministry. Both were ordained in October 2002. They are bi-vocational where Mike works at Turpin School as transportation mechanic and Karen works at ABB Inc in customer service. They enjoy spending time with family.
Our Story
Mike and Karen have served in ministry since 2003 together. For three years they served as missionaries to Zambia helping train pastors and leaders in Malawi, Mozambique, and Zambia. In 2007, Mike and Karen moved back to Turpin, OK where they helped fill the pulpit on Sundays at area churches. In 2019 they were asked to fill the pulpit for the summer at this church and continue to minister alongside the congregation. Their passion is to see people come to Christ but also grow in their walk with the Lord.
